Hi can’t find shared database with the X14 I have. Previous X10 worked fine so using same settings for network services but can’t find either on iPad app or PC app. Any ideas/thoughts most welcome. Thanks.

Why don't you use the sonos software to find the cocktailaudio device? Make sure the cocktailaudio is detected on your network else there wouldn't be any point.
