I sometimes use this for creating cds from my server.
However the memory stick doesn't work !!!
The message "unsupported..." is displayed when i turn on the device.
What is wrong please?

It is the file system on the memory (SD card), format it to FAT32 not eXfat or plus etc
If your laptop or mac doesn't have fat32 option use "guiformat" free tool, it does HDD, SD etc
If you need it i could upload one for you or search online very good software & it can be run without & format within seconds.
