I'd add my voice to the requests for an X10 firmware update that fixes the incremental backup problem. The current process takes almost 24 hrs and just not acceptable. Product support is important to me and lack of could put me off buying further Cocktail products so please fix.

Putting me off modern tech all together. You pay out money for something, then a few years on support is stopped and all you have is an expensive paper weight or door stop. No wonder people are going back to vinyl!

I'm seriously considering going to the Brennan due to the problems I'm having. It's taken me nearly two and a half days to back up 750 gig of which 650 was already backed. After all the money spent on the x10 for it to be dropped after a newer model is issued is not good practice when you want to keep your customers. I w going to splash out on a x30 but I'm having serious doubts now.
