have a X50D with the latest FW I think it is R1721. I was at one time able to access the web interface by entering the IP address in the browser. ONce in the web interface I could download custom cover art found on the internet. The manual says to go into the set up network services and select ON for web interface. Problem is there is no Web Interface in the Network services set up.

When I try to put in IP address into broweser message comes up Cannot Connect

This model doesn't seem like a UK model, however why not check the link on how to access/run the web service/GUI?:

If it is anything like the x14, then the newest firmware doesn't allow for a web interface. There have been assurances that a new PC web application would be forthcoming, but, months later, no sign of it yet! You could roll back to a previous firmware, but that brings a whole set of additional problems that you would need to look into.

I think you have a Novafidelity model with this firmware there is no web interface yet. I have the x35 and had to re-install the previous firmware to get things working again.

X50d. I am having the same issue with no access to the Web Interface.
Reading the firmware blurb, it is clearly stated that web interface will be turned off, Windows and Mac software available by the end of the year. Well, that has come and gone and still no sign of the new software. Surely it would have made sense to send a minor upgrade only when the software was available!!!
Guess we will have to log all newly ripped albums for editing when the software turns up eventually.

I have recently acquired an X35 and cannot access the web interface. The "This site can’t be reached" message appearing each time.
I have tried the following with no success:
Restarting internet connection
Disabling Firewall and Antivirus
Clearing browser cache
Flushing DNS cache
Changing DNS servers

Grateful for any advice to solve this problem.

Thanks, this model is not supported by the UK cocktailaudio so we do not know what scripts were used to create the webGui as it isn't a UK model.
However i would suggest ensuring the main device IP can be pinged 1st from your pc or mobile. Check your DNS, IP and mask... make sure it is on the same router setup. Check the IP class.
