Thought I'd start a topic on this.

Is the X12 what the X10 should have been?

The Cocktail Audio X12 is not in the UK yet why?
All the EU sellers have it, I also called a few sellers & they mentioned a similar brand & couldn't comment on whether it is cocktail audio or not?
The image below is why we are waiting for...(already posted elsewhere sorry for that Admin)
I already have the cocktail audio X30

Why do all the others have cocktail audio x12, seems like sygnify is selling their own thing but it isn’t cocktail audio as the EU & others?
They have a duplicate site from the UK site too - distributors are creating their own promotional sites.
Obviously the original site is the one linked to this forum above that we have all been using for updates etc.

If MusicLaScala is correct and _ are selling their own branded version of the X12.
Then I'm not the only one who is slightly confused, as richer sounds are stating that _ is the new name for Cocktail Audio.

Seems like the X12 is stuck...will stick with X10 for now.

Taken yesterday x12.
I run home with the new toy and I install it on ..... wow really nice.
But just at the climax crashes and restarts ......
Try again 10 minutes of music tac reboots by itself .. And so on throughout the afternoon.
Tried internal hd, usb, cd and the same result freezes and reboots for no reason. Angry Angry

Confused are there 2 brands or Is there a copycat brand sold by another company?
Will stick with the coctail audio X10 for now.
I called one of the shops & the staff couldn't comment even messaged "chat" with another Europe supplier!

As to the X12 - the penultimate contributor on this topic was so very negative about it - I must say I find it absolutely excellent. No instability or whatever in my case. After 2 years with a X10 and 2 Brennans, I must say the X12 is a mature, well thought-thru advance on the X10. Well done Cocktail Audio!

Not a stable software, body is good but cocktail audio X10 or X30 are more stable.
