When i try to edit an album I get this response.Basically I have an oratorio with 16 tracks X10 decided when i ripped CD to have 2 lots: tracks 1-6 in one and 7-16 in the other! i realise there are discrepancies in the details and have tried to remedy this but get the "Load ID3 tag fail" -presumably telling me it hasn't saved edit, BUT DOESN'T GIVE A REASON OR REMEDY.
Also i find it impossible to get CD covers  now on Amazon or Freedb. and resorted to downloading to Hard drive -but even this would not upload. Is it because i am still using Windows XP?

Nothing to do with xp.
Try clearing the cookies/temp data on the browser & see ...
Looks like the edited info is being hindered from amending the oratorio.
Why not add it manually via the screen? (coverart)
