Good evening,
My x10 has been packed away in its box for the last few years following a house move. Prior to this it was working perfectly. However, it now says that the 'music db is not mounted'. It plays cd's perfectly fine but I can't access any cd's previously ripped to the machine or rip any new ones. Can anyone make any suggestions as to how I can get it working again. Thank you

Jes,
Sorry, i don't use this model but i think i know the issue.
Your HDD is either disconnected or can't be mounted (accessed ), hence it could be corrupted and needs to be formatted or error checked, but if it is faulty/dead then you need to insert a new HDD. (HDD means Hard drive ).
Try looking at the two links below:

Thank you for your help. I will try to swap the hard drive with a new one. Where will I get the database from, as I believe it was pre-installed on the previous hard drive, and I was never sent a CD with the database on

Sorry for the late reply :)
You can download it from the support link below:

Obviously it won't be useful for newer CDs, unless you have Pro-X100 due to the live version.
