I recently bought a 4TB hard drive and I find that the Cocktail X10 does not recognise the full capacity.
I have also tried to backup with a borrowed 5TB drive with the same problem.
Anybody got ideas / comments?

Before i switched to the Pro x100, the X10 could see 3TB, but have you tried to format on a PC in GUID/GTP?
Have you tried to reduce the partition & still use the same HDD Iammac2225?
