The Pro X 100 has been ripping cds faithfully until today. It has stopped ripping cds, I have tried several and it is always the same result-it rejects them after closing the tray. The troubleshooting guide lists three things-each of which is not the cause of the machine not being able to rip cds now. I rebooted, made sure the firmware was updated but still no luck. What to do?

1. Does it access the cloud metadata service?
2. Is your network connected?
3. Is this with only 1 CD or a few?

Thanks.

It could be the optical needs to be checked or the run an update to refresh the import app?
