hello my x10 has stopped working(will not power up ) had a local expert check it out he said it looks like one of the micro chips on the board has failed but he cant find any parts for it
its only 2 years old :evil:
where can i get it repaired ????

Had the same problem(ish) turned on the x10 and it gave a loud pop. Got it repaired by Superfi. They replaced the mother board and the display screen for £100. Hope they can help you.

synify or super fi are just sellers...
Contact support or the shop you bought it from & they will charge you to fix it simple (if you are out of warranty).

It was bought off the internet(tesco direct i think) but came from super fi
Im going to give the local branch a call
Found the purchase date 2 years and 3 months
Planned Obsolescence ? beginning to look that way, have also contacted cocktail awaiting a response

I wonder, did you ever manage to resolve this repair problem please? My X10 is OK at present but it would be useful to know how you resolved this in case of need. Thank you.
